Steinway Piano Gallery’s Institutional Division works in partnership with you to help your institution acquire the quality pianos you need. The staff in our Institutional Division has decades of experience and expertise representing Steinway & Sons in the Washington, DC area. They will identify your needs, raise funds, and navigate the process of purchasing and maintaining your pianos. Steinway also provides comprehensive technical service and training to assure that your pianos will perform at the highest level over time.




Executive Director Ken Saliba has represented Steinway & Sons in the Washington, DC area since 2002. During those years, he assisted countless universities, colleges, schools, and churches in the acquisition of Steinway pianos. Jonathan Boksan is the Regional Director of Institutional Sales in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland for the Steinway Piano Gallery. Jonathan attended Moravian College (Bachelor of Music) and The Pennsylvania State University (Master of Music) studying both organ and voice and privately studying with Dr. Matthew Lewis and Dr. Jeremy Filsill. He is currently attending The Catholic University of America to complete his graduate studies in musicology and music performance. Matt May is a Regional Director of Institutional Sales for Steinway Piano Gallery Washington, D.C. Matt holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance from Cardinal Stritch University and has completed graduate studies in choral conducting. He has been studying piano since age four and his instructors have included Dr. Eun-Joo Kwak and Dr. Timothy Schorr. Matt is an accomplished performer, instructor, accompanist, and composer. He has performed throughout the southwest United States, Austria, and Italy. Matt has served as music director at several churches over sixteen years and currently serves as Interim Director of Music at St. John the Evangelist in Frederick, MD. Click here to contact Mr. May.
